Your Code

You retain all ownership rights to the code you submit for analysis. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and analyze your code solely for the purpose of providing the Services. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will meet your specific requirements
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The analysis results will be accurate or complete

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
